The Golden Park Clubhouse is available to all residents. To make a reservation, please complete the Clubhouse Rental Form and submit it to goldenparkhoa@gmail.com. To confirm your reservation, please send two checks, each for $50, to:

One check will cover the non-refundable rental fee for the clubhouse and the other check will cover the refundable deposit. At the conclusion of your event, if the clubhouse is left clean (including bathrooms) and the key is returned, then your deposit will be refunded.

 

Prior to renting you will need to sign your rental agreement, you will need to sign your rental agreement to acknowledge receipt of the key. The key must be returned to Management the day following the rental by 3 p.m. You are responsible for the actions of your guests and must keep a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. You are responsible for any damage to the clubhouse caused by you or your guests. All trash, debris and personal items must be removed after use of the clubhouse. Please roll the city trash can to the curb to insure pickup for the next pick up day.

Please note that reservation of the clubhouse does not include use of the pool.
