Please remember that if you do not submit your monthly dues payment prior to the 10th of the month in which payment is due, there is a $10 late fee and a 1.5% per month compounded charge each month (18% per year) that is assessed against your account.

 

Statements are available upon request; however, monthly statements are not mailed.  Owners are responsible for all costs related to legal action if the account must be turned over to the attorney for collection.
