LAWN MAINTENANCE
Please note that the trimming of grass in back yards is dependent upon accessibility (unlocked, not difficult to open, no pets/pet waste or children in the back yard, or other adverse conditions). Please also note that lawn maintenance does not include the maintenance of bushes, flowering plants, trees, vines, or other growth (this is an owner or resident obligation). If your lawn is unable to be serviced at the time of visit, your lawn will be serviced during the next scheduled visit. Please contact management if you wish to include your back yard in lawn care.
