GOLDEN PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

Golden Park is a small residential townhome community.  There are eighty-six (86) units located off I-10 and North Monroe Street in Tallahassee. There are 42 duplex units and two single family units.  These are either two bedroom/two baths or three bedrooms/two baths. The community features a clubhouse and pool for use by the residents. Golden Park Homeowner Association, Inc., is a non-profit corporation which is responsible for the maintenance operation and management of all common areas, clubhouse and pool. The community is conveniently located to local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment facilities. Golden Park is zoned for Ruediger Elementary School, Griffin Middle School, and  Leon High School.
